GALILEO'S HOUSE IN FLORENCE A stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio and Forte Belvedere, in Florence historical center, in the house where the great Galileo spent his Florentine period, we rent a typical flat on the first floor with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, large terrace and garden. Furnished lodging with 3 + 2 beds, but recommended for 3 people. PRICES Proposed as a holiday home (monthly vacation rentals) or temporary rentals from 1 to 12 months for work or study reason in Florence (monthly rent € 1,200.00 plus agency fees, utilities on consumption and security deposit 1 month up to 6 months). Shorter rentals possibile subject to the payment of the monthly fee. For the summer season, weekly rentals are also possibile. DESCRIPTION Entrance through an hallway that leads to the living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, full bathroom (with sink, bidet, WC and shower) and access door from the living to the garden and to the terrace. The living room is completely furnished with sofa bed, bookcase, LCD TV, table and chairs. The terrace has table, chairs and umbrella. The kitchenette has stove with 5 burners, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Room with single bed, floor lamp and armchair. External storage room with washing machine, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner etc. TERMS Basic set of house linens included (sheets, blankets, towels and bath towel).
