LOCATION: In the green hills of the Chianti in the Marcialla village (Tuscany - Italy), between olive-groves and vineyards, between Florence and Siena, is found the house vacation THE LODGE, an apartment that it’s part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse denominated ROMANO HOUSE. The structure is confortable and quiet, decorated in a modern and functional way, over that accessible with your car. DESCRIPTION: THE LODGE is the renovation of the farmhouse situated in Tuscany, in the Marcialla village (town of Barberino Val d'Elsa), now transformed into a house vacation and is composed of: lodge, living with kitchen corner, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 parkings uncovered. THE LODGE is located in the main house called ROMANO HOUSE, on the ground floor looking at the front right side and also has a private lodge. FURNISHINGS AND OPTIONALS: - lodge: table and chairs - living room: sofa, furniture, table and chairs - kitchen corner: sink, plain cooking in 4 fires, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and furniture for kitchen - bedroom 1: two single beds, beside table and wardrobe - bedroom 2: matrimonial bed, beside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers - bedroom 3: matrimonial bed, beside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers - bathroom 1: washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower - bathroom 2: washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower - set linen from house: sheets, covered, towels and cloth from bath - on request: sets assistant extra bed or little cot for baby FEATURES: - surface floor apartment: 65 square meters - floors: Tuscan terracotta - floors and covering bath in ceramics - doors and windows in wood - heating FARMHOUSE: ROMANO HOUSE The residence is a part of a bigger building and it was restored trying to keep the original characteristic of the tuscan countryside architecture. The ground level is divided in three apartments for holiday accommodation: AT SUNSET, THE LODGE and THE LITTLE SQUARE, each with its independent entrance, private garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartments are situated near the Marcialla village in the Chianti rolling hills , in a scenic position where the tourist can admire a romantic and splendid view on the countryside. Each apartment has a private outdoor parking space in front of the house (the old farmyard). HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION: from 2 to 30 nights Rent price not included utilities (electricity, water and gas), to pay on consumption. |
