- percentages of the increase / reduction:
up to 7 nights 0% | from 8 to 14 nights -25% | from 15 to 21 nights -40% | from 22 to 30 nights -60%
- set linen from house: complete
- verification supplies, conditions and cleanings of the apartment effected by the landlord before every check-in
- pets: are welcome
- cautionary deposit (to pour cash to the person that will effect the check-in): 200,00 €
- delivery of the keys and check-in by appointment in the afternoon from 16.00 at the latest by 20.00 o'clock
- in case of check-in after 20.00 o'clock: € 50.00 penalty
