- number approved nights: from 3 to 30
- if you want to book an apartment for more than 30 nights you have to contact the real estate agency at

- verification supplies, conditions and cleanings of the apartment effected by the landlord before every check-in
- pets: they are welcome, but only dogs and cats

- delivery of the keys and check-in by appointment in the afternoon from 16.00 at the latest by 20.00 o'clock
- in case of check-in after 20.00 o'clock: € 50.00 penalty
