- verification supplies, conditions and cleanings of the apartment effected by the landlord before every check-in
- pets:    
- cautionary deposit (to pour cash to the person that will effect the check-in): 200,00 €
- delivery of the keys and check-in by appointment in the afternoon from 16.00 at the latest by 20.00 o'clock
- in case of check-in after 20.00 o'clock: € 50.00 penalty
- in case of check-in on holidays: 30,00 € penalty (by 20.00 pm, after this time penalty 50 €)
- if you arrive after 24.00 o'clock delivery he will be effected at the next day at 9.00 o'clock
- shorter period of permanence in the accommodation (arrival after the scheduled date and / or early departure):
  there are no refunds or reductions of rent
- any change in the dates of arrival and / or departure must be agreed with the agency, after checking the availability

- return of keys and the security deposit upon check-out in the morning before 10.00 am on departure day
