- for holidays accommodation up to 3 nights: 50,00 € final cleaning charges and linen change
- set linen from house: complete
- verification supplies, conditions and cleanings of the apartment effected by the landlord before every check-in
- pets: they are welcome
- cautionary deposit (to pour cash to the person that will effect the check-in): 200,00 €
- delivery of the keys and check-in by appointment in the afternoon from 16.00 at the latest by 20.00 o'clock
- in case of check-in after 20.00 o'clock: € 50.00 penalty
- if you arrive after 24.00 o'clock delivery he will be effected at the next day at 9.00 o'clock
